A commission from Connecticut's Comic-Con 2012!

A redesign of the unused Jem character Graphix.

Here's what we know: "Gwendolyn “Gwen” Snyder is a graffiti artist/graphic designer Eric Raymond hired to promote the Misfits and the Stingers. Regarded as a spoiled, shallow valley girl, Graphix would’ve been more closely associated with the Stingers."

I re-imaged her as a Brooklyn street artist. I kinda dig the new look!

Where has everybody gotten the info that she liked the Stingers more? Is it from the Jem bible?

:iconjudedeluca:
From that, or the wiki, or Christy Marx herself.

But she has a yellow/green stand not a black one, so she was a Misfit doll, not a Stingers doll.

Well, like the description says, she was hired to promote both bands.

Wait, on the Jem wiki? I told Chazzy not to add that again, I’m going to block him if he does that again, the wiki doesn’t use the Jem bible for info as most of it is overridden in the show, and not canon, anyway as far as Hasbro where concerned the Stinger and the Misfits weren’t connected, that was on the show, and she wouldn’t fit with the Stingers anyway.

I like how it goes against the general design for Jem characters.

Never knew about this character. Any old concept art around?

On the Jem wiki there's an image of the prototype doll, people use it as a basis for their artwork.
